Perseverance to reach the goal

William Wissemann and Mohammad Ali encourage me to think about the importance of perseverance. They have limitations but they persevere to achieve their goal, I also persevere in reading the book. William, Mohammad and I support the idea that persevering to achieve a goal is worth being fought for.

A college student, William Wissemann, show's how being perseverance requires a lot of efforts to be successful. William has a disease called Dyslexia, this biological problem affects your brain so when you see a word it is mixed like a word puzzle. Can you imagine living like this? It would require a lot of effort to read or write. Because of these disease he needs to quit the school at 4th grade and went to a new school, which specialized at language processing disorder. In this center he needed to start everything again. He needed to learn new ways to read or remember the words. But he never gives up and fights against his biological limits. Now he can read and write like a normal person. This exemplify the important of being perseverant because he finally succeeded his goal by his effort and it meant everybody could succeeded their goals by working hard.

Muhammad Ali, a boxing champion, had Parkinson’s Disease, which also shows how being perseverance requires a lot of efforts to be successful. This disease affects your brain and uncontrollable handshakes, so it is really hard to write or do things that uses hands. So for him it is really hard to do his job. But he never gives up and he practices so hard. He doesn't think of failing, he only thinks about the glory that will come to him. For my interpretation to have a successful life you need to try your best and never think of failing and the effort he had was amazing. After this hard training he got a gold medal in Olympics and had glory of firing the torch at the start of the Olympic's. This example supports the importance of being persevere because if he doesn’t try his best to accomplish the goals, he will live a poor life.

The third reason is that being perseverance is important because after they accomplish their goals, there is glory after. For example I had much less concentration then others, I easily got distracted and failed in my work. I hate reading books because it is so hard because I have trouble reading. Before I became an 8th grader, for me reading was big thing. The book was easy and was okay, but the book was challenging and was hard to read. I can read but I can't understand the book and I have test about the book too. If I doesn’t prepare I knew I will fail in the test. For an hour I panic and terrified. But I don't give up I try to concentrate best I can and finally I can understand the book. After reading a book their was a test about the book and I get A on the test because of my effort. Exemplifies the importance of being perseverance because I try my best to accomplish the goal and I made it.

With out persevere to reach the goal the world would full of failure because nobody will try his best to solve problem. This is inspirational because it help us know there are people that have pour life but never give up It show the important of perseverant.

Save the voices that is disappearing

There are a lot of animals that are in danger of being extinct on earth. Already a lot of animals are extinct from earth like the dodo bird. Scientist say there are 2 million kinds of animals that are extinct on earth and that shows us to consider that now we need to think about nature. Saving animals from extinction is worth fighting for.

Saving animals from extinction is worth fighting for because when the first few of animals became extinct it doesn't create problems in the food web because animals eat more then one kind of food. But when animals that make important food web or a lot of animals become extinct then it start it to make big problems in the food web and more animals become extinct. In the 2005 report concludes that the primary forest area was reduced globally by 60000km2. This allows us to think lot of animals became extinct or died because there was no more place to live.

Additionally it is worth fighting for because when the food web starts to be destroyed then we won't have anything to eat or the earth will become like a moon. Every year 100 million animals are being killed because of hunters. Hunters hunt animals for souvenirs, meat and medicine or for fun. For example hydrodamalis gigas was the animal similar to manatee. They became extinct after 27 years that they had been discovered because so many people hunted hydrodamalis gigas. It allows us to think how humans are evil.

Don't kill animal that clean the earth. This is important because with out the animals that clean the earth, earth will be cover with trash and waste. For example in Foreshore there are lot of animals that rest on Foreshore and lot of animal in there are animal that we need to protect. In Foreshore has worm name lungworm. 500 lugworm can clean 2kg of waist that human made in a day. With out them Foreshore will be destroy and lot of animal will extinct because they lost their habitat. From this it is clear we need to care about animals and protect their own habitat.

Without animals the food web will be destroyed and human may become extinct too. The world will be destroyed and may become like the old world in knife of never letting go. We need to save animals from becoming extinct.

What we are fighting for. Jinki

In Korea there was fighting in 1950.The name of the war is 6.25 war because it happened in 1950,June,25. The war began after we got back our freedom from Japan. Now we have to pick our own country policy. North korea wanted communism and South korea wanted democracy. So they split the country by half. He war ended in 1953,7,27 by trucen that war . This shows us that how deadly the war was. I think we don't need to fight.

A lot of people died and young people needed to be a part of the war too. A lot of people lost their homes. In my opinion It isn't worth fighting for becasuse too many live were loat and too much money wasted that money could have been used for better purpose. That's why I think the war is not important.

Additionaly it isn't worth fighting for because lot of family been saperate. We been fight against each other. This war allows us to know how the war is horrible because think how your alone with your self and your family is on other side of the country. It will be so alone.

With out the war the world will be better place and every body can be happy to live. But that is the utopia and that will never happen. In my insperation when we don't have that war then there will be no more people suffering for loseing important things.

Freedom

James Russell Lowell said "Freedom is the only law that only genius knows". Freedom is defined as every one can say speak their own opinions. When I make a new world then I will pick freedom. Freedom has a lot of meanings but it is always happiness.


Freedom is an important characteristic. When we have freedom it means we don't have tobe controlled by somebody and also every body is free to do things except against the law like killing people and that is really important. Every living thing want to be free. It is the same thing when you put a bird in a cage it bangs itself and dies. It's the same as what people do when they get control and lose their freedom then they sacrifice their life to get back their freedom.

Additionally it is for important for society to build around freedom. The reason freedom is important is when we have freedom to say things and that will make society grow. When we have freedom to say than we can cooperate together much easily. Freedom allows to help society better. In lot of countries people can vote for their own leader by election so the leader is chosen by the people. Some do not have freedom to speak their opinion and select their leader. If a good leader come the country will be grow but if bad leader come than country will suffer.

Without freedom the new world would be so miserable, no hope and it will be ruined. When they don't have freedom to say than it will be imposible to trust anybody. It will be disaster. As mentioned earlier James Russell Lowell once claimed "Freedom is the only law that only genius knows". It mean genius know what will be freedom like and to enjoy their freedom also to keep for the future.

The Hat

I'm the hat on the beach. I have been come here to get a tan with my owner. The sunlight was perfect to tan but be careful not to get a sunburn! I was coming this place for a while. My owner always wears me to came hear to have a tan. I love to lay down on a soft sand. I can see a beach so clearly. Ow ! There is my owner tanning on a beach. Some people say this beach is too hot to tan but I think it is just fine. I been made by the leaf strew so I don't feel the hot very much. I think my owner just finish her tanning! Oh my god! She tan too much I can see the massive pain of the sunburn! I think I need to go back to car and go bask home. I need to cool down to.

Next day I came back to the beach. This time my owner bring her friends kids. I think they have lots of fun on the beach. They make sand castle, riding on the tube and floating around. I was sitting here and watch the kids play on the beach. It is almost time to go home. Kids are begging my owner to play more but I we have to go.

skirt!

I'm a skirt. My nationality is Vietnamese. I like to hang on the wood and with a clothes hanger and see the people working on the hill. Today was the washing day. I hate washing day because they rub and squeeze me and it hurts. I mean think about it! Your body is rubbed by the hard wood and they squeeze you hard until it hurts! I was made years ago. There were people that passed by me when they feel I'm small then they give to their child and their child and so go on. I was dark and black. I was so dark, but years later I become lighter and lighter. When the time comes I will have a new friend that wears me for a long time, but there have some thing I afraid of. I'm scared when I get useless so they throw me away and nobody will wear me again. That's what I'm scared of the most.Every night I wish to the stars that these horrible things will never happen.

Today was a cold day in winter. I was shivering so hard even I shook the tree! So I tried to move and make my thread, but it was not enough to make my thread warmer. The wind was so strong I'm almost blown way by the wind! After a while someone came and wore me with her warm body. Her body melted my frozen thread and it was so warm. Next day she went outside and played with her friends. She was running and chasing with her friends But of course I get dirty so her mom take me of her body and carrying me some wear. I wonder where she take me to.... Wait! Is here is cleaning room! Come on! I was cleaned yesterday! Somebody saved me! Nooooooooo! I'm so cold. I'm on the branch I was hung by yesterday now I need to wait in the cold until I dry. Next time I wish she wass not going to run like yesterday and use me more carefully.

I usually sleep a lot but I don't drink many water. I don't think I don't need nap because I already have enough sleep. I need to have more healthy food and more exercise to use my brain more better. They say I laugh very much so I think I have enough endorphins

. I need to use more brain when I work.

I will drink more water and try to have more healthy food like vegetable and fruits. I will sleep little bit more and have more fun. I can get more endorphins. I need to have a serious exercise. I can use my brain better and much more nicer.

We read the book is because we can stop the situation that killing the people and genaside. We can learn more grammars. The final reason to learn about the book is stand up for a people. killing a lot of people will come to you much painful way.

I learn genocide is really bad. I know killing people is bad thing but not like this to feel. I learn the lesson that if you do horrible things to them then it will be come back to you much horrible way.

I can stand up for a people like a simple thing. we can stop making fun of my people and to be nice to your friends. Don't bit up your friend and finally be kind to each others.

1. what were the biggest dangers to your group.

The anther group take what we need and Daniel bring the stuff that we apsolutly do not need like magazine and he bring choklate because he is hungry.

I wish to have a more time in the capturing the water biome and more clear water in the river.

3.What strengths did you bring to the group?

I try to get the cool fish but I can't so I clean the bathroom and free the fish and snack and the frog baby.

4.What was your favorite thing about FRIM?

the favorete thing about the frim is the catching the fish and having the expariment about the ant in the way.

5.What would like to change for next year?

I like to change the monkey bar because that monkey bar was so danger and make only one hike.

In Korea we go to Gongeam for skiing. For me I can ride a ski in only 1 time in a year. So I need to ride enthusiastically. In first time I cannot lost my skill so I bang in the wall and trip over in first day but next day I find my skill back. When we was riding a ski it was frizzing cold like frizzer so we put lot of cloth like santa. For me I'm very good at ski so I ride in max level in that ski zone. Ski is like a slide but little hard.
